We’re Gayathri and Vaidehi — best friends, planners, and the duo behind Vivah Haus Events.

Vivah Haus first came to life after Gayathri planned her own wedding and fell in love with everything that goes into creating a meaningful celebration. Vaidehi shared that same natural love for weddings, connecting with couples, and being part of the moments that make a wedding weekend so special. But what really brought Vivah Haus to where it is today was realizing just how much we love doing it together.

As best friends, we genuinely have fun throughout the process. From planning and problem-solving behind the scenes to being right there with our couples and their families on wedding weekend. We believe that energy matters. Wedding planning can be a lot, and we want our couples to feel like they have a team beside them that they can trust, lean on, and actually enjoy the experience with.

With a special love for South Asian and multicultural weddings, we understand the traditions, families, logistics, and countless moving pieces that come with multi-day celebrations. We pair thoughtful planning with creativity and a personal approach to create weddings that feel polished and intentional without ever losing what makes them yours.
